Canada’s army recruitment is falling behind, says auditor general

Canada’s auditor general said today that military recruitment is falling behind, although it has improved in the last years. Tom Lawson, who served as Canada’s Chief of Defence staff from 2012 to 2015, shares his thoughts on the report and the state of the forces’ recruitment strategy and the condition of Canada’s on-base housing for troops and their families.
