Dans son audit de l’Agence de revenu du Canada, la VG Karen Hogan dit craindre, nonobstant les améliorations et les investissements en téléphonie, «que les Canadiens et Canadiennes attendent encore trop longtemps pour obtenir des réponses à leurs questions sur l’impôt.»
