At a news conference on Parliament Hill, Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne makes an announcement ahead of the upcoming federal budget concerning measures to address financial fraud.

Also in attendance are Gary Anandasangaree, the minister of public safety, Wayne Long, the secretary of state for the Canada Revenue Agency and financial institutions, and Stephanie McLean, the secretary of state for seniors.
