Carney annonce un projet de loi pour durcir le Code criminel

Le PM Mark Carney annonce que son gouvernement déposera un projet de loi pour durcir le Code criminel, notamment en matière de violences sexuelles. Les mesures prévoient des peines plus sévères pour certaines infractions sexuelles et un accès restreint aux peines avec sursis.
