Join counsellor Kristin Robinson in Old Main 2761 to learn what imposter syndrome really is, why it happens and how to deal with it.

You’ll explore how to challenge self-doubt, build confidence and grow your mindset—especially in post-secondary life and peer mentorship roles.

Let’s ditch the doubt together.
