Speaking with reporters on Parliament Hill, Gord Johns, the NDP’s critic for agriculture, calls on the federal government to cancel the proposed changes to the Plant Breeders’ Rights Regulations.

Johns is accompanied by Cathy Holtslander, the director of research and policy with the National Farmers Union, and Aabir Dey, director of the Canadian field program with SeedChange Canada.
