Le Canada devrait-il participer au Golden Dome avec les États-Unis?

Le ministre responsable du commerce entre le Canada et les États-Unis, Dominic LeBlanc, a déclaré hier à Washington que le Canada souhaite être un « partenaire constructif » dans la mise en place du bouclier antimissile Golden Dome, un projet proposé par Donald Trump et évalué à près de 250 milliards de dollars canadiens. Selon Youri Cormier, professeur invité à l’Université d’Ottawa, il n’est pas inhabituel que les États-Unis invitent le Canada à participer à ce type d’initiative.
