Le premier ministre Mark Carney s’est rendu à Washington pour rencontrer le président américain Donald Trump demain. Malgré les négociations, le Canada n’est pas parvenu à s’entendre avec les États-Unis sur les tarifs commerciaux qui le frappent. En discussion avec Rémi Authier, la professeure de science politique à l’Université d’Ottawa, Geneviève Tellier, cerne les enjeux de cette rencontre très attendue.
