Prime Minister Mark Carney has suffered a slight dip in his favourable impressions since he took office, says recent data published by Abacus Data. David Coletto, the founder and CEO of Abacus Data, explains that Canadians are becoming a little bit more unsure if Carney is the right person to lead the country.
