Prime Minister Mark Carney is heading to the White House for his second meeting with President Donald Trump on trade and Canada-U.S. relations. Alberta announces that it is putting forward a proposal for an oil pipeline to BC’s northwest coast to the Major Projects Office. And we’re one month away from the fall federal budget.
