Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew addresses the media at Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg to provide an emergency department update. He is joined by Uzoma Asagwara, provincial minister of health, seniors and long-term care, Brenda Catchpole, interim chief operating officer of the hospital, and Greg Parent, a resident of Winnipeg South.
