West coast pipeline has no private proponents, insists Adrian Dix

Alberta wants to obtain an accelerated approbation for a new pipeline to the west coast, but British Columbia is strongly opposed to it. In an interview with CPAC host Michael Serapio, British Columbia’s minister of Energy and Climate Solutions, Adrian Dix, insists that the pipeline project has no private proponents and suggests to focus on other national projects that have private backing.
