Le gouvernement libéral a dévoilé sa très attendue agence visant à améliorer et accélérer l’achat et la livraison d’équipement aux Forces armées canadiennes. La nouvelle Agence d’investissement pour la défense aura pour mandat de consolider les processus d’approvisionnement. Selon Youri Cormier, professeur invité à l’Université d’Ottawa, le défi est de taille, car le Canada affiche un piètre bilan en matière d’acquisition militaire. Notre chef d’antenne, Marc-André Cossette, le reçoit en entrevue.
