Oléoduc de la côte ouest: Le gouvernement fédéral va-t-il approuver le projet?

L’Alberta cherche à obtenir l’approbation accélérée d’un nouvel oléoduc vers la côte pacifique en déposant une demande auprès du Bureau fédéral des grands projets. Cette initiative ravive les tensions entre l’Alberta et la Colombie-Britannique, qui s’oppose au projet. Martha Hall Findlay, directrice de l’École de politiques publiques de l’Université de Calgary et ancienne directrice du climat chez Suncor, estime toutefois que le gouvernement fédéral pourrait décider d’aller de l’avant avec ce projet.
