Montreal Economic Institute releases social mobility index – October 2, 2025

At a news conference in Ottawa, representatives from the Montreal Economic Institute unveil a new a index looking at which provinces have the best policies for encouraging social mobility. Speaking with reporters are Renaud Brossard and Justin Callais.
