Voyage économique de Mark Carney à Londres: vers un accord?

Le premier ministre Mark Carney se dirige vers Londres dans l’objectif de diversifier ses partenariats économiques. Il n’y a cependant pas de signe clair d’un accord entre les deux pays, malgré de multiples rencontres entre les deux pays. Marc-André Cossette reçoit l’ancien haut-commissaire du Canada au Royaume-Uni et l’ex-ambassadeur du Canada à l’Union européenne Jeremy Kinsman afin d’en savoir davantage sur la relation entre les deux pays.
