Starting soon: Avi Lewis officially launches NDP leadership campaign

At an event in Toronto, Avi Lewis officially launches his campaign for leadership of the federal New Democratic Party. Lewis, a former journalist and documentary filmmaker, ran unsuccessfully as an NDP candidate in the 2021 and 2025 elections in two Vancouver-area ridings.
