Ahead of daily question period in the House of Commons, Minister Steven Guilbeault (Canadian identity and culture) speaks to reporters about the government’s intervention in the Supreme Court’s hearing on Quebec’s secularism law, Bill 21. The federal government is arguing for limits on provincial governments’ use of the notwithstanding clause.
