Ottawa suspend la cible de 20 % de ventes de véhicules électriques en 2026 et lance un examen de 60 jours pour réduire les coûts. Entre pressions pour s’aligner sur les États-Unis et inquiétudes de l’industrie, l’enjeu est crucial pour l’économie, l’environnement et les consommateurs.
