Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) President Bea Bruske holds a news conference in Ottawa to discuss the Bank of Canada’s latest interest rate decision, as well as the state of Canada’s economy and the government’s upcoming fall budget. She is joined by DT Cochrane, a senior economist with the CLC.
