Storm Down Cents 5-3 in Merritt in Ex. Play

Noah Paulsen had a goal and an assist while Kane Gerrard and Joshua Nuttall combined for 26 saves as the Kamloops Storm defeated the hometown Merritt Centennials 5-3 in exhibition action Friday night. Luca D’Amore, Kuy Schmirler, Hudson Clarke and Carter Biggs also tallied for the visitors who lead by period scores of 3-2 and 4-2. Both teams had 9 power play opportunites with only the Cents capitalizing once.

The Storm will return home for their final exhibition game Saturday night vs the Princeton Posse 7pm at Mac Island.
