Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew makes an announcement in Winnipeg concerning the expansion of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. He is joined by Michael Benarroch, president and vice-chancellor of the University of Manitoba, and Professor Niigaan Sinclair.
