Manitoba to provide $20M for National Truth and Reconciliation Centre – September 12, 2025

Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew participates in an event in Winnipeg where he announces that the provincial government will provide $20 million towards the construction of the permanent home of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. He is joined by Michael Benarroch, president and vice-chancellor of the University of Manitoba, and Professor Niigaan Sinclair.
