In Edmonton, federal Energy Minister Tim Hodgson takes part in an announcement about a rail infrastructure project. He is joined by Brian Cornick, president and CEO of Cando Rail and Terminals, and John Casola, chief investment officer at the Canada Infrastructure Bank.
