Federal govt invests $85.5M in affordable housing projects – September 10, 2025

At a news conference in Edmonton, Housing Minister Gregor Robertson and Environment Minister Julie Dabrusin announce a $85.5 million investment through the Green Municipal Fund’s Sustainable Affordable Housing stream to advance energy-efficient, climate-resilient housing. The investment supports 21 projects and 17 studies nationwide.

They are introduced by Emergency Management Minister Eleanor Olszewski.
