Brendan Hanley, the parliamentary secretary to the federal minister of northern and Arctic affairs and MP for Yukon, and Mike Pemberton, the premier of the territory, make an infrastructure announcement in Whitehorse. They are joined by Richard Mostyn, Yukon’s minister of community services.
