Energy and Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson takes questions from reporters in Berlin, Germany, where he is accompanying Prime Minister Mark Carney on his first official visit to the country. Earlier in the day, Minister Hodgson signed a joint declaration between Canada and Germany on critical minerals cooperation.
