August 19, 2025 at 1:49 pm  Education, Kamloops, News

Being in love is a beautiful thing, but it can also be a real heartbreaker. In Relationships 101, Chelsea Koronko and Kristin Robinson will help you navigate, cope, recover and find community. Register to join all four sessions, which will take place on Wednesdays from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the SV Office (OM 1486).

Sept. 24, Session 1: Situationships and shiny new sweethearts

Focus on the highs and lows of the early stages of relationships. Whether that’s joining or leaving dating apps, preparing for first dates, or navigating situationships, they’ll explore the beginnings of connecting with someone romantically.

Oct. 1, Session 2: Red flags, first loves and big feelings

Unpack buzz words like “boundaries” and how to establish, understand and respect them. They’ll also identify red, yellow and green flags, communication basics, and consent.

Oct. 8 – Session 3: Relationship deep dive

Explore relationship reflections, experiences of safety, communication, repair and equity.

Oct. 15- Session 4: Heartbreaks, goodbyes and Moving On

In their last session, fittingly, Chelsea and Kristin will explore break-ups, relationship grief, and how to navigate pain and move on after heartbreak.
