Prime Minister Mark Carney speaks with reporters on Parliament Hill after chairing a virtual meeting with his cabinet. The subjects of the meeting were the state of trade negotiations with the United States and the situation in the Middle East.

Carney is joined by Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand.
