British Columbia Premier David Eby holds a news conference in Vancouver to make an announcement related to clean energy.

He is joined by Adrian Dix, B.C.’s minister of energy and climate solutions, Joan Phillip, the MLA for Vancouver–Strathcona, and Chris O’Riley, the president and CEO of BC Hydro.
