Premiers Scott Moe (Saskatchewan), Susan Holt (New Brunswick), David Eby (British Columbia), and Doug Ford (Ontario) speak with reporters in Huntsville, Ont., ahead of the final day of the Council of the Federation’s three-day summer meeting.
