Premiers Tim Houston (Nova Scotia) and David Eby (British Columbia) speak with reporters in Huntsville, Ont., after attending a first ministers’ meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney. The meeting took place on the second day of a three-day gathering of Canada’s provincial and territorial leaders.
