Premiers Doug Ford (Ontario), Scott Moe (Saskatchewan) and Danielle Smith (Alberta) hold a news conference in Huntsville, Ont., after signing a memorandum of understanding on the building of new energy and trade infrastructure. This announcement comes on the second day of a three-day meeting of Canada’s provincial and territorial premiers.
