Federal govt invests $13.3M in clean energy projects in Alberta and N.W.T. – July 2, 2025

At a news conference in Yellowknife, Environment Minister Julie Dabrusin announces an investment of $13.3 million under the Low Carbon Economy Fund (LCEF) towards five clean energy projects in Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

She is joined by Ben Hendriksen (mayor of Yellowknife), Jay Macdonald (Northwest Territories minister of environment and climate change), and Darrell Beaulieu (CEO for Denendeh Manor GP Ltd.).
