PM Carney welcomes 2026 FIFA World Cup trophy to Canada – June 30, 2025

At a youth soccer game in Ottawa, Prime Minister Mark Carney welcomes the FIFA World Cup trophy to Canada. The quadrennial tournament kicks off on June 11, 2026, with games in Toronto and Vancouver among 14 other host cities across North America.
