At a news conference in Ottawa, former NDP MP Charlie Angus responds to U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s recent comments on Canadian border security. Noem alleged at a town hall meeting in Detroit last week that members of international gangs are trying to enter the United States through the northern border with Canada.
