Relations Inde–Canada : le SCRS appelle Ottawa à la prudence

Alors que la visite du premier ministre indien Narendra Modi au sommet du G7 en Alberta a permis d’amorcer un réchauffement des relations diplomatiques entre le Canada et l’Inde, le Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité (SCRS) en appelle malgré tout à la vigilance. Dans son rapport annuel dévoilé mercredi, l’agence recommande au gouvernement de demeurer prudent face aux risques d’ingérence étrangère, notamment en provenance de l’Inde. Le gouvernement Carney prend-il un risque en resserrant les liens avec New Delhi? Notre animateur Rémi Authier en discute avec Michelle Tessier, ex-directrice des opérations au SCRS.
