Can Carney afford to rush his “One Canadian Economy” bill? Strategists panel

Mark Carney is on the rush to get Bill C-5, commonly known as “One Canadian Economy” bill, through the House of Commons before the weekend, and make it law by Canada Day. However there are concerns throughout the country, particularly among Indigenous and environmental groups. Can the government afford to offend or isolate such groups? CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses it with strategists Susan Smith (Liberals), Jordan Paquet (Conservatives) and George Soule (NDP).
