Le Sommet des leaders du G7, transformé en G6 à la suite du départ précipité du président américain Donald Trump, s’est conclu mardi sans qu’aucun accord de clôture ne puisse être signé avec les États-Unis. Malgré tout, ce sommet est-il une réussite pour le premier ministre Mark Carney ? Nous en discutons avec Martha Hall Findlay, ancienne députée libérale et directrice de l’École de politiques publiques à l’Université de Calgary.
