British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrives on Parliament Hill in Ottawa ahead of a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney. The British prime minister is in Ottawa for a two-day official visit prior to attending the 2025 G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis, Alta.
