British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrives at Rideau Cottage in Ottawa ahead of a dinner with Prime Minister Mark Carney. The British prime minister is in Ottawa for a two-day official visit prior to attending the G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis, Alta.
