Carney entend imposer le bâillon pour C-5 : panel d’analystes

Le gouvernement de Mark Carney envisage d’imposer le bâillon parlementaire pour faire adopter le controversé projet de loi C-5, qui vise à lever les barrières interprovinciales et faciliter la réalisation de grands projets d’infrastructure. Le NPD et le Bloc Québécois ont déjà annoncé leur opposition à cette procédure, tandis que les conservateurs n’ont pas encore pris position. Est-ce une stratégie justifiée? Notre animateur Rémi Authier en débat avec les analystes Christine St-Pierre, Rodolphe Husny, Pierre Paquette et Farouk Karim.
