Le gouvernement Legault, par la voix de la ministre des Transports Geneviève Guilbault, a dévoilé une nouvelle mouture du troisième lien entre Québec et Lévis. Le tracé proposé en 2024 est abandonné au profit d’un projet de pont-tunnel, dont les coûts restent à préciser. Ce revirement pourra-t-il cette fois susciter un consensus au sein de la population?
