L’État de droit est attaqué dans « de nombreux pays, » affirme le juge en chef de la Cour suprême

Ce mardi, en réponse à une question d’un journaliste, le juge en chef de la Cour suprême du Canada, Richard Wagner, a commenté les dérives judiciaires observées à l’étranger sur l’administration Trump et son mépris des décisions de justice. Sans nommer de pays, il a exprimé sa préoccupation face aux attaques croissantes contre l’État de droit et l’indépendance des tribunaux à l’échelle mondiale. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance discute de ces enjeux avec le juge Wagner.
