Conservative Shadow Minister for National Defence James Bezan gives his party’s perspective on the government’s defence spending plan as well as their desire to see a budget tabled before the summer break.

David Perry, President of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute provides insight on the government’s plan to hit NATO’s target of 2% of GDP spending on defence by next March.

Pedro Antunes, chief economist at the Conference Board of Canada discusses the government’s “One Canadian Economy” bill and how the government might work with private industry to build national projects.
