Following a tour of the ArcelorMittal Dofasco steel plant in Hamilton, Ontario, Industry Minister Mélanie Joly holds a news conference. The minister faces questions on the federal response to the Trump administration’s move to increase global tariffs on steel and aluminum from 25 to 50 per cent.
