Prime Minister Mark Carney wants his “One Canadian Economy” bill passed before Parliament breaks for summer. However, he’s leading a minority government, and Indigenous groups have already raised red flags about his bill. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the hurdles Liberals may face that could prevent the quick adoption of the legislation with bureau chiefs Mia Rabson (The Canadian Press), Tonda MacCharles (Toronto Star) and Joël-Denis Bellavance (La Presse).
