Ministers speak briefly with reporters on Parliament Hill before the federal cabinet holds its weekly meeting. François-Philippe Champagne (finance) responds to questions on the federal response to the Trump administration’s plan to increase tariffs on steel and aluminum from 25 to 50 per cent.
