Prime Minister Mark Carney holds a news conference in Ottawa to outline the core priorities of his government, following a two-day ‘planning forum’ with his cabinet. The new priorities include creating the strongest economy in the G7, catalyzing the housing industry and establishing economic stability with the U.S.
