Unifor calls on feds to penalize companies that offshore Canadian jobs – May 20, 2025

In a virtual news conference, Unifor National President Lana Payne calls on the federal government to use the Foreign Extraterritorial Measures Act (FEMA) to penalize companies that move production out of Canada to avoid U.S. tariffs.
